So, they say this page is to tell you where I am coming from…..well…I come from Montana.  Born and raised.  Come from a small town on the western side of the state…now live near Bozeman (home to Montana State University and the BOBCATS).  You may be wondering, why the underwear?  Well they are not mine nor my husband’s.  They belong to the neighbor of a condo I was showing.  Just so happened to have my camera.  Needless to say, I didn’t sell the condo, but we do know that the neighbor smells spring fresh all the way down to his undies. 

I have had many great showings in my day and down right deadly showings.   To retell some of  the experiences I have had and share some of the exciting stories and what I like to call the “you have got to be kidding me files” is a portion of the purpose of this blog.  The other portion is to inform and keep those who want to stay in touch with the real estate trends in the Gallatin Valley provided with that information.    It should be exciting and entertaining…..let’s see what I come up with, it will surprise you as much as it does me….and I am sure my mother will be following up and checking my grammar and spelling!  But please do not hold her accountable for any mistakes you may find!  Thanks Mom!  Love you!
